1. Description of Services

Western Solutions US ("we," "our," "us") provides AI-powered communication and automation services, including but not limited to:

  • Cloud-hosted voice bots and chatbots ("Bots")
  • A web-based customer dashboard that displays usage data, call summaries, and configuration options ("Dashboard")
  • Workflow automation built with third-party tools such as Vapi, n8n, and Chatdash ("Automation Layer")

2. Third-Party Tools

We rely on vetted third-party platforms (e.g., Chatdash for chat capture, Vapi for voice, n8n for workflow) to deliver portions of the Service. By using our Services you also agree to the respective terms of those providers.

3. Data Handling & Privacy

We collect only the data needed to operate—e.g., call transcripts, form entries, and aggregated analytics.

We do not sell or rent client or caller data to any third party. Full details appear in our separate Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all Bots, prompts, scripts, and automation workflows we create remain the intellectual property of Western Solutions US. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them during an active subscription.

5. Payment & Refunds

All fees are invoiced according to the package and add-ons you select. Refunds are not provided unless we explicitly state otherwise in a separate, written agreement.

6. Service Availability & Liability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 30 days.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email or Dashboard notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To request data deletion, report an issue, or ask a question about these Terms, submit the contact form on our Contact page. A team member will email you within one business day.
